2020 NYS Massage Teacher of the Year Award Nomination

Any teacher from a member school

Who may nominate?

Anyone

What does the recipient receive?

A special award and recognition at the AMTA New York Convention and two tickets to the Saturday Dinner Dance Registration

Nomination Period

November 1, 2019 – March 1, 2020

Criteria

The Teacher of the Year nominee should manifest unquestionable dedication and commitment to the future and excellence of massage education. Nominee must have been a teacher for a minimum of 5 years in the massage therapy department at an AMTA member school.

Applicants will be considered by a committee appointed by the Awards Chair. Applicant will be selected by documents and information submitted with the application form.

Please fill out this “Teacher of the Year Award” Nomination Form and mail or email back, with all supporting documentation, to the following address.

The recipient will receive their award among peers at the AMTA-NY state convention in Saratoga Springs May 2nd.
