Class Description: Ortho-Bionomy® is a unique form of bodywork with a reputation for being a gentle way to relieve pain.  The Ortho-Bionomy® catalog of techniques includes working with the joints, muscles, posture, organs, fluids, cranium and the nervous system, and is based on the philosophy of allowing the body to heal itself by inviting change rather than forcing a correction.

In this two-day workshop, students will learn the history, principles, and fundamental Ortho-Bionomy® techniques for working with the spine, pelvis and ribcage. These techniques can result in the relief of pain and neuromuscular tension, promote increased range of motion, improve structural alignment, and aid in a greater sense of well-being.

Instructor:  Gary Lee Williams, LMT, and Rosa Rodriguez, LMT, MFA
