Class Description

CST is a gentle, hands-on technique which is used to facilitate the body’s self-correcting mechanisms, promote wellness, and restore function. It is a powerful technique used to restore cranialsacral rhythm rate and quality, and to release fascial restrictions in the dura and cranium.

This workshop will introduce the principles and techniques of cranialsacral therapy, assist the therapist in developing grounding and proprioceptive techniques to refine their touch, and provide the therapist with a powerful tool to use for enhancing treatment plans.

After graduating from Russell Sage College in 1986 I have practiced physical therapy with a specialization in the area of Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy. I have taken all of John F. Barnes’ courses and passed his Proficiency Assessment, and have served as an assistant instructor and coordinator for John F. Barnes’ seminars nationally.
