SMT Code of Conduct

All SMT Volunteers MUST have a Code of Conduct on file at the National Office as a Chapter Volunteer.

• Click on the link, you will need to log on with your National AMTA login information.  Your state information may be different.  Please note,you are logging onto the National AMTA website.
• Check the box Chapter Volunteer. It will open the Code of Conduct for you to read.
• Click ‘I agree” and your Code of Conduct is on file.
