The 2026 AMTA-NY Annual Convention will be held at the Saratoga Hilton in Saratoga Springs New York.
We expect over 300 attendees and are scheduling phenomenal classes to ensure that massage therapists from all across the state will be there to frequent your booth.
Vendor set-up will be on Thursday morning as early as 10 am and take-down will be Sunday at 12:30pm
There are many options, for you as a vendor:
-Convention Sponsor (2 Sponsors maximum/2 spots available)-$650
One booth space (one standard 6 foot table) and meals* for one person. Plus: Exclusive signage at event and Convention at a Glance, identification on social media, Logo on folder label and one Saturday evening dance ticket.
-Breakfast Sponsor Saturday and Sunday- $400
One booth space (one standard 6 foot table) and meals* for one person. Plus: Shared signage at event and Convention at a Glance, identification on social media.
-One Booth– $300
One booth space (one standard 6 foot table) and meals* for one person.
-Two Booths-$550
Two booth spaces (Two standard 6 foot table) and meals* for two people.
-Friday Breakfast Sponsor-($1500)
One booth space (one standard 6 foot table) for the entire convention, meals* and one Saturday dinner dance ticket.
– Signage at event and on every table ( “Luncheon Sponsored by “Your Company”)
– 2-3 Minutes at the podium to address the attendees
– Acknowledgement in Convention at a Glance, sent to 7000+ people (AMTA and non AMTA therapists)
– Identification on social media
-Hotel information; The overnight rate is $184++.

Cancellations of more than 21 days prior to the event are eligible for a refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the class are not refundable. No shows are not eligible for refund . Cancellations are based on post mark or email date and all cancellations must be in writing. Exceptions made only with approval of the AMTA-NY Chapter Board of Directors.
(*Meals included for ONE primary booth representative. Other booth representatives may register/purchase meals via the registration form. Meals include; one full breakfast on Friday, two continental breakfasts Sat/Sun (ie: coffee/tea/juice, fruit, muffins/rolls/etc.,) 1 vendor marketplace luncheon on Friday MINUS THE SATURDAY DINNER-DANCE.
