2022 AMTA-NY Annual Convention Vendor Registration

The 2022 AMTA-NY Annual Convention will be held at the Saratoga Hilton in Saratoga New York. It’s conveniently located just off the Adirondack Northway (I-87 North) Exit 15. Turn left off exit. At the 5th traffic light, turn left onto Rock Street. At stop sign, turn right onto Maple Avenue. The Saratoga Hilton parking lot is on your right just after The Olde Bryan Inn.
We expect over 300 attendees and have scheduled phenomenal classes to ensure that massage therapists from all across the state will be there to frequent your booth.
There are many options, for you as a vendor:
-One Booth ($375)
One booth space (one standard 6 foot table) and meals* for one person.
-Two Booths ($700)
Two booth spaces (Two standard 6 foot table) and meals* for two people.
-Breakfast and Break Sponsor ($550 )
One booth space (one standard 6 foot table) and meals* for one person. Plus: Shared signage at event and Convention at a Glance, marketing materials in goody bag at no charge (to be provided by sponsor at own expense), identification on social media.
-Convention Sponsor (Limit 2) ($850)
One booth space (one standard 6 foot table) and meals* for one person. Plus: Exclusive signage at event and Convention at a Glance, marketing materials in goody bag at no charge (to be provided by sponsor at own expense), identification on social media, Logo on folder label and one Saturday evening dance ticket.
Get your information to our attendees:
-Material in Attendee bags-Product may be placed inside goody bags by any vendor for FREE. Marketing materials ( flyers, announcements, newsletters, etc…) placed inside bags are $100 per page. If you can not attend but would like to include your information for our attendees, this is your option to be virtually present.

(*Meals included for ONE primary booth representative. Other booth representatives may register/purchase meals via the registration form. These meals include 3 continental breakfasts (ie: coffee/tea/juice, fruit, muffins/rolls/etc.,) 1 lunch on Friday and Vendor reception with hot/cold hors d’oeuvres or all meals offered in full registration package (MINUS THE SATURDAY DINNER DANCE.) The Saturday Dinner Dance is included with the convention sponsorship
